Welcome to the newly launched website for Inductive Biblical Study. This site is running on the Content Management System – Textpattern, “a flexible, elegant, easy-to-use content management system.” This system is free, and open-source, and I have found it to be an excellent way to empower churches and ministries to gain better control of their own websites.
Textpattern uses a database MySQL (Server Query Language) and PHP (Hypertext Pre-Processor) backbone, which allows for easy site updates from any browser. In the coming weeks, the staff will be attending a few workshop to teach them the basics, after which each one will be able to make their own contributions.
